Privé Salon and Spa was established by hairstylist/Owner Jennifer Klein in 2009. In French, Privé means Private of Confidential. The salon is now located in the heart of Locust Point just minutes from the world headquarters of Under Armour and historic Fort McHenry. Upon entering the doors of our new location, we want you to feel at Home and part of our Family. From that point, we will use our collective 75 plus years in the Industry to give you the hair and spa treatment you so deserve.
In order to give you that optimal experience, our stylists are constantly training in the latest techniques to ensure the end product is nothing short of Amazing. We hope to see you in our Salon soon to give you that Incredible Experience we have been giving our clients for the past 26 years.

Appointments
Guests can request to book an appointment on our website, or by calling the salon. All appointments must be confirmed over the phone. Guests will receive a confirmation text message and email, as well as reminders leading up to the scheduled appointment. All appointments must be secured with a credit card.
Cancellation Policy
We strive to provide our guests with the highest quality service and therefore must protect the time of our service providers and respect other guests’ scheduled appointment times. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
All services are by appointment only, and reserved by a credit card.
All New and Current guests will need to add a credit card on file to book any future appointments.
We kindly ask for a 72-hour cancellation notice for all salon services.
If appointments are cancelled within 48 hours, the credit card on file will be charged 50% of the service. If cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment, 100% of the service will be charged to the credit card on file. No Show’s will be charged 100% of the service.
Gratuity Policy
Gratuity is left to the discretion of the guest and is always appreciated. Gratuities may NOT be left on credit cards or gift cards. Gratuity is accepted in cash or Venmo. Privé Salon & Spa has an ATM on premises for guest use.
Guarantee of Service
Privé Salon & Spa strives to accommodate all clients with the best service possible. Our staff is continuously educated with state-of-the-art techniques. If you are unhappy with the services that were provided to you by a staff member, Please notify us within one week to come back with the same stylist to make any adjustments for you. All services are non-refundable.
Retail Product Returns & Exchanges
We accept any unopened, unused products within 14 days of purchase for a full refund in the original form of payment. Any open products can be exchanged for salon credit within 14 days. A gift card will be issued for the store credit.
Accepted Forms of Payments
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple pay, Google pay, and Cash. Guests may also use a personal check with proper identification. There is a $35 fee for all returned checks.
